After winning eight 'Digital Media Awards’ in China, ‘People's Car Project’ has been awarded the silver London International Award (LIA) in the ‘NEW’ category.
By winning the silver 'LIA,' the Volkswagen 'People's Car Project' was recognised for the umpteenth time. Instead of developing cars for people, the automotive manufacturer Volkswagen China decided to develop cars with the people. So Volkswagen set up an open innovation platform to develop ideas together with the Chinese people. The 'People's Car Project' was honored in London for its ability to showcase new ways of thinking, advance a new role for agencies and contribute to a cultural change.
