Task:
- Development of a consistent brand understanding within the company and consolidation of the brand identity into a brand core.
- Developing instruments for in-house communication.
Solution:
- First of all, the current brand status and brand values were evaluated in a workshop. Following this, the future positioning was worked out in a team. Core competences and visions for the company’s future where summed up.
- During the wrap-up, the results were consolidated and processed. The next steps where put into a strategic roadmap.
- The manual gives employees a clear direction in their daily customer contact and allows for the brand Alphabet to have a consistent and concise appearance.
