Task:
- In the strong regulated market of soccer betting-platforms, a clear positioning for the brand BET90 is necessary to be developed, that will distinguish it from the competition.
- From this positioning, a marketing and communication concept for the campaign’s development is to be generated.
Solution:
- In order to develop a brand strategy, market and competition data were evaluated with a portfolio and customer structure analysis.
- Together with the client we affiliated in a strategy workshop a brand model including a strategy for the differentiation from the competition, a target group description and recommended strategic procedures.
- Based upon this, the foundation for the following creative implementation was laid by means of a detailed creative brief.
