Strategy Visualisation Film

Strategies are only as good as they are understood. For Volkswagen China, we created a series of animated films for the internal communication of brand strategy.

Task: In early 2011, the Volkswagen China employees should be presented in a special motivating way that communicates the annual strategy. For the presentation of the executive vice president an idea had to be developed to fulfill that aim.

Solution: Greenkern used the strategy presentations of the departments to create a film that put all relevant information in the context of a story and used that year’s Chinese zodiac animal representation, the rabbit, to translate simple metaphors in a humorous fashion.
